Hey guys! For this post, you'll be exposed to two different cafes to get some good coffee. So, if you're in Kuantan, Pahang, do come and check it out!

1. Mourich Coffee

The first place I visited was Mourich Coffee and ordered their signature coffee also called Mourich Coffee. Priced at RM11.00, it is a rich fragrant coffee that is extremely creamy, similar to a latte.


The beans are roasted in a medium heat as it gave a soft bitterness and is naturally sweet. The coffee was served warm and not hot which is the best way to drink a good cup of coffee.


Overall, it's a great place to lounge around if you're looking for something indoors and quiet.







2. Akar Kopi

The last place I went to was Akar Kopi. Akar Kopi is a fairly popular cafe among my college peers due to its cheap coffee and great outdoor landscape that you are more than welcomed to lounge at. I got myself a cold coffee priced at only RM3.00 and enjoyed in it the confines of my car since it was too hot for me to sit outside.


The coffee is hazelnut based that is very sweet and light. The coolness of the coffee made it very refreshing and at first glance it looked like milk coffee.


Overall, it is a beautiful place to hang out with friends and just get a cup of good old traditional coffee with some toasted bread and other Malaysian dishes like the 'nasi lemak'.
