1.      Caffeine content
a.      Coffee has a minimum of 150mg of caffeine per cup, while tea only has 25mg to 65mg of caffeine per cup.


2.      Protection against diseases
a.      Coffee has the ability to lower the percentage of Alzheimer’s disease and liver cancer while, tea contains antioxidants to inhibit the growth of cancer cells.


3.      Body health
a.      Coffee contains compounds that aid in heart health, while tea promotes fat oxidation and inhibit fat growth.


4.      Protein content
a.      Two cups of coffee contains 0.6g of protein but tea doesn’t.


5.      Magnesium, potassium and phosphorus
a.      Two cups of coffee contains 4% of magnesium, 7% of potassium and 1.4% of phosphorus while, two cups of tea contains 4% of magnesium, 5% of potassium and 0.5% of phosphorus.


6.      Country’s preferences

a.      Eastern countries depend on tea to stay productive while western countries depend on coffee to stay productive.
