Drawbacks of drinking coffee

Hey guys! How are you today? As you all know, coffee is a very warm beverage that is packed with nutrients and
goodness that you can’t find anywhere else. But, everything in this world has
its benefits and drawbacks.
So let’s take a look at the drawbacks of coffee.
1. Despite being able to reduce the risk of
Alzheimer’s and liver cancer, coffee can unfortunately increase the risk of
osteoporosis.
a. According to ‘The Diet Channel’, for every
6 ounces of coffee consume, 5 milligrams of calcium is lost.
b. But, it can be prevented by consuming two
tablespoons of milk or yoghurt for every cup of coffee you drink.
2. Even though coffee has antioxidants,
coffee can actually cause wrinkles.
a. This is because coffee can cause
dehydration which it is the source of wrinkles.
b. To prevent dehydration from happening,
coffee should be equally paired with water and to improve the body hydration,
soak a tablespoon of chia seeds in water before you make coffee with it.
3. Some coffee beans are jam packed with
pesticides.
a. Conventional coffee is heavily coated with
chemicals, pesticides and herbicides.
b. To avoid this, make sure you buy coffee
from the organic variety.
